{"id":14397,"date":"2023-04-18T09:35:12","date_gmt":"2023-04-18T08:35:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gradri.uniri.hr\/?page_id=14397"},"modified":"2025-06-02T21:19:07","modified_gmt":"2025-06-02T20:19:07","slug":"qa-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gradri.uniri.hr\/en\/qa\/qa-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"QA Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The QA policy of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Rijeka is in line with the mission, vision and goals defined in the Faculty&#8217;s strategy for the period 2024-2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Faculty of Civil Engineering in Rijeka supports the development of a QA culture at all levels of its activity by:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Evaluating and improving the QA system<\/strong> in accordance with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area, as well as national, university and faculty criteria\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promoting the active participation <\/strong>of all organizational units, external stakeholders and students in taking responsibility for quality in education, research, public function and organization\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Developing study programs and lifelong learning programs <\/strong>based on scientific research and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and the needs of the labor market, guaranteeing a high level of achieved learning outcomes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous promotion of <strong>excellence, interdisciplinarity and innovation<\/strong>, as well as enhancing and linking teaching, scholarly research and professional work\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creating a stimulating environment <\/strong>at the Faculty with emphasis on academic honesty, ethics and civic responsibility, as well as caring for vulnerable and underrepresented groups and ensuring equal opportunities for all staff and students\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting <strong>gender equality and inclusion<\/strong>, accepting <strong>diversity <\/strong>and promoting the <strong>dignity <\/strong>of every human being\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active <strong>scientific research and professional participation <\/strong>of the Faculty in the development of the city, region and the Republic of Croatia systematic\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring of quality indicators <\/strong>of all areas of activity and revision of the Quality Policy and Strategy of the Faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">dean<br>associate professor Ph.D. tech.
