Information and Proposal Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funding Opportunities:<\/strong><br>CePro regularly monitors announced and open calls for project proposals and informs faculty members about eligibility criteria via e-mail and the Faculty\u2019s website. Inquiries regarding specific funding programs can be sent to CePro at <a>projekti@gradri.uniri.hr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Support during Project Proposal Submission:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receipt and registration of documentation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative verification of project applications,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring required signatures and certifications,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entering data into online project application systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination with relevant institutions (e.g., University Pre-award Research Support Centre &#8211; CPP, Agency for Mobility and EU Programs &#8211; AMPEU),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informing about changes in funding requirements or additional documentation needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Support after Proposal Evaluation Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collecting additional documentation required for final funding approval,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verification, preparation, and signing of contracts (grant agreements, consortium agreements, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Support During Project Implementation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>CePro provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative support to project leaders and team members,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storage and categorization of project documentation in the internal records system,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance with project implementation (preparing administrative sections of reports, entering data into the project tracking system, collecting signatures\/certificates\/internal documents, verifying compliance with program regulations, coordinating with project oversight institutions, sending\/receiving project documents, attending project meetings, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in project visibility (communication and dissemination),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in procurement procedures and preparation of employment calls,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating the internal database and entering data into the CroRIS system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CePro serves as a liaison between the Faculty and external institutions, ensuring the successful submission and implementation of scientific and professional projects. CePro also coordinates with the Pre-award Research Support Centre at the University of Rijeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uniri.hr\/en\/science-and-research\/pre-award-research-support-centre\/\">University Pre-award Research Support Centre<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Pre-award Research Support Centre<\/strong>&nbsp;(in Croatian:&nbsp;<strong>CPP<\/strong>) at the University Centre for Research and Innovation was established to strengthen the participation of University of Rijeka scientists in competitive scientific projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-award research support procedure includes individual counseling of scientists in the entire process of preparing project proposals, which includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Providing information about funding opportunities within the Horizon Europe programme and the Croatian Science Foundation,<br>\u2022 Advising on filling out project forms,<br>\u2022 Assistance and consultation in the preparation of parts of the application that are not specifically related to the scientific component of the project proposal,<br>\u2022 Providing assistance and guidance in the preparation of the project budget,<br>\u2022 Pre-screening of the entire project application and consultation on possible improvements,<br>\u2022 Providing support in the use of application systems and online tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Centre organizes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Informative events about relevant calls and application conditions for open tenders,<br>\u2022 Workshops and consultations where you can acquire useful knowledge and skills for the preparation of a project proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By participating in our events, you will receive crucial information, instructions, and clarifications that will help you decide whether a certain tender is the most suitable for your research idea.
