1. Purpose of the Consultation
The ESCOP sets out principles, standards, and operational guidelines to ensure that environmental and social considerations are fully integrated into project planning, implementation, and monitoring. This consultation seeks to gather feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality, relevance, and applicability of the ESCOP.
2. Who Should Participate?
We welcome input from:
- Environmental and social experts
- Project developers and implementing agencies
- Public institutions and local authorities
- NGOs and community-based organizations
- Academic and research institutions
- Members of the public
3. How to Provide Feedback
Please review the draft ESCOP document and submit your comments or suggestions via:

All feedback must be submitted by 8 July 2025. Contributors are encouraged to be specific and constructive in their comments.
4. Confidentiality and Use of Feedback
Submissions will be reviewed and, where appropriate, incorporated into the final version of the ESCOP. Individual responses will be treated confidentially unless otherwise stated by the contributor.
