The Faculty of Civil Engineering in Rijeka, as a public contracting authority within the meaning of Article 6 of the Law on Public Procurement (NN120/16) is obliged to apply legal determinants of this law in all procurement of goods and services with an estimated value of up to EUR 26,544.56, that is, for the procurement of works up to EUR 66,361.40.
Procurement worth up to EUR 26,544.56 (goods, services) or up to EUR 66,361.40 (works), the so-called simple procurement is carried out on the basis of the Regulations on simple procurement of the Faculty.
Based on the dean’s decision, CLASS: 003-09/21-01/43 UR NO: 2170-57-02-00-21-1 from October 1, 2021, the authorized representatives of the Faculty for the implementation of public procurement procedures are:
